What is Scrip ?

An easy way for your weekly grocery trip to raise money for your temple!

Scrip is the term we use for the supermarket gift cards that Ohev Sholom sells to benefit our congregation. How does it work? It’s easy!!
When you shop at the Giant, use a Scrip gift card just like cash. When you buy the Scrip gift card from the temple, Ohev Sholom benefits 5% from each sale. Why should you buy Scrip?

> Scrip gift cards are easy to obtain- they are available from Michelle in the Temple office.  Just bring cash or a check.

Scrip is available from Michelle Darr at the Temple Office.  It is recommended that you call ahead to be sure Michelle will be there when you arrive and that she has the amount of Scrip that you want.
